To all:

I hope you are all having successful winter seasons and are looking forward to spring. I am happy to announce that the District V spring meetings will be held in the evening on Tuesday, April 18 and Wednesday, April 19 at the NCAA Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

There will be no charge to all District V members who attend and the deadline to email me your intentions to attend the meetings will be no later than March 30. Please email me at sjess@bgsu.edu.

The hotel of choice is the Marriott group and they are awaiting our final number to place us in one of their four properties. A block of rooms has been set-aside for our members.  It is imperative that we get your response as soon as possible to get an accurate count to the Marriott people.

We have set aside a group of tickets to watch the Indianapolis Indians take on the Durham Bulls Tuesday evening April 18 at 7pm. A buffet picnic style dinner will be held at the picnic area just outside the ballpark area beginning at 5:30 pm. Again, accurate numbers are imperative for this event.

I must say, that a minimum of 70 people must attend these meetings to make it worth our vendors’ time. The reason behind meeting this quota is to have this meetings fully paid for by our vendors. Anything short of these #’s will force us to cancel our spring meeting entirely. Please complete the registration form and e-mail it back to me as soon as possible at sjess@bgsu.edu. I hope you can find time to join us at this spring event/meetings.
