The Football Equipment Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the football equipment room
for the Wofford Football Team. Under the supervision of the Director of Football Operations, manage
receiving, distribution, inventory, and maintenance of athletic equipment and apparel. The position will
require a strong, working knowledge and understanding of NCAA, Southern Conference and institutional
rules and regulations.
-Assist in ordering and distribution of equipment and uniforms, under the supervision of the
Director of Football Operations.
-Manage practice and game laundry.
-Maintain inventory on all apparel, footwear, and accessory items for Wofford Football
-Assist in recruiting and scheduling student workers as needed.
-Provide game day operations and facility support for home game days, as needed. Including set
up and breakdown, set up of field equipment.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Director of Football Operations
-Prior experience within a collegiate athletic equipment room or professional sports setting
-High School Diploma
-Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
-Ability to work weekend and evening hours frequently
-This is a non-benefit salary position offering an annual salary of $29,500 as well as a meal plan.
