Responsibilites Include:
- Provides equipment inventory to coaches and staff
- Receives and issues equipment as well as maintains and cleans equipment
- Keeps up with laundry for the department
- Ensures all outdoor playing and practice environments are safe and clean
- Game management duties for UNCW baseball and softball that may include, but not limited to, field lining, field maintenance, field repair, irrigation management and waste management
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Some knowledge of cleaning procedures, ability to follow instructions and to perform medium to heavy physical work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Preferred Education, Professional Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- one year of experience in the athletics fields, equipment and/or facilities
