AEMA welcomes area High School Equipment Managers to attend the 2026 AEMA National Convention in Cincinnati/ NKY for a special one full- day, discounted pass on Tuesday June 16th for only $50.

This pass is only good for Tuesday, June 16th from 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. and provides full access to all workshops, events and vendor hall!

Passes may be picked up at the AEMA Convention Registration area in the NKY Convention Center on June 16th from 8:00-10:00a.m.
