Dallas Trinity FC, based in Dallas, Texas, is a member of the USL Super League. This is a top flight professional women’s soccer league beginning play in August of 2024. The team General Manager will be conducting the hiring process. The Equipment Manager will report to the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience working in high level athletics
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
Administers and oversees the distribution, storage and ordering of the teams equipment needs
Completes daily task including gear distrubution and collection, laundry, field set up, locker room set up and maintenece.
Preparers team equipment and transports equipment for road trips
Coordinates the purchasing and use of all equipment and supplies needed for the operation of the team equipment needs
With Medical Director, Plans and coordinates physical examinations and screenings.
Assists the club in hosting athletic events.
Assists the General Manager and coaching staff in determining whether the team facility is in optimal and safe condition.
Helps monitor weather conditions and dangerous environments (heat/humidity/lightning).
Adheres to league guidelines, including visiting team accommodations and services.
Responsible for maintaining inventory of all equipment
Responsible for a roster of approximately 25 players and 10 staff
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel would include but not be limited to all away competitions throughout the year.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is medium demand. Lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects. Medium strength is required to position patients for examination. May assist patients as needed, helping them on and off the exam table. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
Candidates must pass both league and team background and screening checks
Candidates must hold a valid drivers license
