Charlotte Olympic Sports Internship
Start Date: June 1, 2025 (11 month position)
Salary: $ 22,500
Charlotte is seeking a highly motivated, trend setting Olympic Sports intern eager to take the next step in their Equipment Management career. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Baseball, Softball, Men’s & Women’s Soccer, and Men’s & Women’s Tennis.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Working with each team’s student managers
- Developing and maintaining inventories
- Assisting coaches with practice and game day needs
- Helping with ordering and vendor relations
- Fitting and maintenance of equipment and apparel
- Assisting with packing and travel logistics
- Oversight of laundry
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications for the position:
- At least 2 years of experience in an equipment room
- Must possess acute attention to detail
- College degree or in last semester
- Self-motivated, positive attitude
- Proficient at multi-tasking, communicating, and managing people
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Ability to lift 50lbs
