Graduate Assistant, Football Equipment – Boise State University

Job Summary
- Assist with the daily operations of the equipment room, supporting athletes, coaches, and staff during team activity.
- Track, organize, and manage inventory for all Nike-issued apparel, gear, and equipment to ensure accuracy and availability
- Support competition and travel preparation by assisting with uniform setup, team laundry, and packing equipment for away contests
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Undergraduate or internship experience working in a college or professional equipment room
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Teamworks Inventory Management
- Prior experience in a football equipment room
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- An interest and desire to become a certified equipment manager
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctuality
- Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations regarding compliance issues
Salary and Benefits:
- Full tuition coverage for the Master of Athletic Leadership (MAL) program
- Annual stipend of approximately $15,000, paid bi-weekly over the academic year
- Medical health insurance coverage through the Graduate Assistant student health insurance plan
Please note: All salary and benefits are contingent upon full-time enrollment in the Master of Athletic Leadership program at Boise State University.
