Job Summary

  • Assist with the daily operations of the equipment room, supporting athletes, coaches, and staff during team activity.
  • Track, organize, and manage inventory for all Nike-issued apparel, gear, and equipment to ensure accuracy and availability
  • Support competition and travel preparation by assisting with uniform setup, team laundry, and packing equipment for away contests

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Undergraduate or internship experience working in a college or professional equipment room

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Teamworks Inventory Management
  • Prior experience in a football equipment room

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • An interest and desire to become a certified equipment manager
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctuality
  • Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations regarding compliance issues

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full tuition coverage for the Master of Athletic Leadership (MAL) program
  • Annual stipend of approximately $15,000, paid bi-weekly over the academic year
  • Medical health insurance coverage through the Graduate Assistant student health insurance plan
